I just want to publicly thank Jim Nett.  We had two other very well known foundation companies come out and evaluate a foundation crack.  Both companies concluded that the rear corner of the house was settling and that we needed to install steel piers.  One company said we needed 6 piers, the other said 4, so we decided to get a 3rd opinion.  Jim Nett from Case foundation came out.  At the time I was out of town so Jim was only able to view the exterior of the house.  Jim called me and said he didn't feel the house was settling, but he needed to view the interior before he was a 100% certain.  Jim drove back out from E-town, on his day off, just to confirm nothing was needed.  We hired a structural engineer, and he agreed that piers were not necessary.  Jim did all of this, just to not make a sell.  I whole heartily recommend Case Foundation because they are a company with integrity.  THANK YOU so much Jim, you saved us $7,000!!!

Went from an unusable, wet basement to one ready to be refinished in one day. Outstanding workers and workmanship. Highly recommend. This was 12 years ago and my finished basement is still dry with no musty odors or evidence of dampness at all. Did not realize I could leave a report on Case Foundations until the other day or I would have adorned their good name sooner. I see some of the less than stellar reports and assume they wanted MUCH more than they paid for.

Holy smokes, people, there are still honest companies in this city and Case Foundations is one of them! We have two cracks in our foundation and we had another company come out and they wanted to install piers at an estimated cost of $14,700!! Obviously we'd get a second estimate, right?  After researching other companies I decided to call Case. Jim Nett came out and did a thorough inspection and explained in great detail how we didn't have a problem that we just had a common freeze/thaw crack.
